Reward Calculation and usages Policy:
- Sum of all the points obtained by faculty members shall be calculated for a calendar year.
- After completion of a calendar year, the rewards earned by all the faculty members shall be announced by the Dean Research after approval from the President.
- Best in each Department, Best in each School and Best in University shall be awarded a Citation/Certificate.
- For calculation of the reward, the total points earned shall be multiplied by an amount (e.g. Rs.300 for each point) and rewards shall be calculated. The information on multiplying factor shall be informed separately for each calendar year.
- Faculty members shall be able to use the earned rewards in subsequent years for any of their research requirements (APC/Contingency/Conference Registration/Travel for Conferences etc.)
- Every request for using the earned rewards/reimbursements shall be submitted to Dean, Research.
- Faculty members may spare their earned rewards for future use.
