Fostering creativity, critical thinking and storytelling abilities of the students Elements- the Writer’s Club organised Picture Interpretation Competition on Oct 11, 2023. The competition served as a platform for individuals to showcase their unique perspectives and interpretations of emotions behind the images promoting both artistic expression and insightful analysis. Fifteen students participated in the competition. The students presented a plethora of vibrant and insightful interpretations, weaving their thoughts into captivating stories and compelling anecdotes. The esteemed presence of Prof. Prasun Chakraborty, Prof. Sadananda Prusty and Dr. Monika Anand motivated the students. Ms Anjali Jain, MBA I year and Ms Manisha Sen, MBA I year were adjudged at the first and second position respectively. Dr. Shibani Banerjee, faculty advisor congratulated the participants and stressed that the competition succeeded in not only encouraging ingenuity and critical thinking but also honing the students’ storytelling skills.
