Under the visionary guidance of Honourable President and Vice Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) Padmakali Banerjee, the School of Management Sir Padampat Singhania University, Udaipur with the objective to empower students and professionals organized a series of sessions on Financial Planning and Wealth Management on June 14 and 16, 2023. Dr. Anurag Shukla led the session “Financial Planning & Wealth Management” on June 14, 2023 that aimed to equip budding managers in emerging economies with the essential knowledge and skills in financial planning, while addressing the opportunities and challenges in managing optimum portfolios for professionals.

Dr. Manish Dadhich in the second session provided valuable insights into the world of mutual funds. He emphasized the importance of diversification in wealth management strategies, showcasing mutual funds as a reliable and accessible investment vehicle for individuals and professionals alike. The attendees gained a deeper understanding of how mutual funds can help mitigate risks and enhance returns, ultimately contributing to effective wealth management practices.

In the engaging session held on June 16, 2023, Mr. Dipesh Vaya delved into the realm of data analysis and the transformative potential of analytical tools. He showcased various analytical tools and techniques that empower individuals and organizations to harness the power of data effectively, derive actionable intelligence, make strategic decisions, drive positive outcomes and navigate in the data-driven era successfully.

Highlighting the relevance of social media in the current scenario Dr. Bright Akwasi Gyamfi discussed the significance of social media as a facilitator of information,  the role of social media as an essential information channel in emergencies and the importance of leveraging social media effectively to create awareness, mobilize support, and ultimately contribute to a more responsive and connected society.
