Col (Dr.) H. P. Singh

Professor of Management, Head – IT Department & Campus Director
Col H. P. Singh (Retd) is an accomplished academic leader with over three decades of distinguished experience spanning strategic leadership, institutional management, and higher education excellence. An alumnus of the prestigious IIM Ahmedabad, has attended a fully residential Business Management Course there, He combines military-honed discipline with academic rigor to drive transformational growth in universities. He has submitted his thesis in PhD (Management)

He has headed various academic departments  and has an established record in curriculum modernization, accreditation and quality assurance, faculty development, and implementation of UGC/NIRF/NEP 2020–aligned academic reforms. His contributions extend to digital learning integration, research promotion, and strengthening industry–academia partnerships to enhance employability and innovation. Col Singh has published extensively, holds an Indian patent and three UK Design patents, and is committed to advancing research- driven, student-centric education and stakeholder engagement.
At SPS University, he serves as Professor, Head of the IT Department, and Campus Director, where he leads institutional strategy, operational efficiency, and campus development initiatives with a focus on excellence, inclusion, and global competitiveness.

Dr. Manoj Joshi

Dr. Manoj Joshi
Holds an LL.B from the College of Law, MLSU; LL.M from NLU, Jodhpur; Ph.D. from Pacific University, Udaipur; PG Diploma in Human Resource Management from IGNOU; and a PG Diploma in Labour Laws & Personnel Management from MLSU.

He has 24 years of professional experience in the legal field, including pratice at the Rajasthan High Court, Jodhpur. He possesses over 9 years of teaching experience.

He has published a total of 11 research papers in national and international journals.

Mr. Monil Dhabhai

Mr. Monil Dhabhai is a dedicated legal academic and practicing advocate with over four years of litigation experience and two years of teaching experience. A UGC-NET qualified scholar currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Law, he specializes in criminal justice, procedural laws, and legal research. With a blend of courtroom practice, academic teaching, and published research, he is committed to advancing legal education and nurturing analytical and ethical legal professionals.
