Master of Computer Applications

The Master of Computer Applications (MCA) is a professional two years postgraduate programme designed to develop the next generation of IT leaders, innovators, and problem- solvers. The programme blends theoretical foundations with hands-on technical expertise, preparing students for dynamic careers in artificial intelligence, machine learning and data science and beyond. The curriculum is aligned with emerging technologies and industry standards, ensuring that graduates are job-ready and capable of driving digital transformation in any sector.
  • Laboratories are well equipped with latest state of the art infrastructure and modern training facilities
  • Teaching pedagogy lays stress on imparting practical exposure to the students with inputs from our industrial partners (Tieups with topnotch companies)
  • MCA Programme (Master of Computer Applications) is based on the Choice Based Credit System (CBCS) and fully integrates the NEP2020 framework
  • Full semester internship with compulsory capstone project work followed by dissertation submission
  • After the competition of the MCA program the students are eligible for placement opportunities in companies of repute.
  • Training and Placement Cell conducts placement drives at the campus and off campus sites.
  • The students are also eligible to apply for higher education programs in foreign and Indian universities
  • As university is a part of Rajasthan sub-section-IEEE student chapter that helps the students in all over development in terms of team work, technical projects, and opportunities and motivates them to participate in inter-university and intra-university competitions.
  • The university conducts training programs for GRE/TOEFL/IELTS.

    • The MCA with specialization in Data Science empowers students to turn raw data into strategic insights. Ms. Poonam Saini

Poonam Saini is an Assistant Professor in the School of Management and has been teaching in higher education sector since 2001. Her research interests include Data Science, Data Analytics, and Recommender Systems. She is an IBM-certified and Google -certified Data Science and Data Analytics professional respectively. She has published 15 research papers in International Journals of repute and presented her research work at International Conferences as well. Her research has been recognized by Elsevier and Springer Conferences with two Best Paper Awards. She is a life member of the Computer Society of India.
