Sir Padampat Singhania University Alumni Society was registered on 6th April, 2022 with the Registration No. COOP/2021/UDAIPUR/201656 under Rajasthan Societies Registration Act, 1958. There are certain numbers of elected faculty members and non-teaching staff from SPSU with their respective responsibility and designation in this registered society. There are elected student members in this society at the time of formation (who joined with their respective AADHAR IDs) and at the present scenario, the structure of this registered society under re- orientation with new faculty members as well as student alumnus with their respective AADHAR IDs which will be updated very soon from the concerned associated Department in the Collectorate Division of Udaipur City. The number of the present registered alumnus increases to 725 where many of them had given their consent to join actively in this registered society and will usher their help in Placements Activities, Incubation and Entrepreneurial Works as well as Admission Procedure. On 28th August, 2024 this society executed an online process for New SAN (Sanstha Aadhar Number) and the SAN is 1067300000000061 which is registered under the Department of Statistics, Directorate of Economics & Statistics, Jaipur, Rajasthan and under this scheme, the registered society of SPSU ALUMNI, i.e. SPSU ALUMNI SOCIETY (REGD.) can do the work of an NGO.
