Under the guidance and leadership of Prof. (Dr.) Prithvi Yadav, Vice Chancellor and President, SPSU a summer internship orientation workshop was organized by the School of Management on May 20, 2024. Dr. RKS Mangesh Dash, an NLP Coach, Design Thinking Expert, OD Consultant, Behavioural/ Sales Trainer, and Motivational Speaker & Professor delivered the workshop. The Dean, School of Management, Professor (Dr.) Sadananda Prusty inaugurated and welcomed the guest and participants. The workshop focused on preparing MBA students for summer internships and pre-placement activities. Key topics included the types of assessments students might encounter, professional qualities and competencies sought by recruiters, and preparation for various interview rounds. Dr. RKS Mangesh Dash provided detailed guidance on handling the subjects, personality, and competency-related questions. He briefed the students about aptly presenting their strengths and areas for improvement while adhering to interview etiquette. He also highlighted the importance of the workplace environment and suggested suitable questions students could ask during interviews. The students participated actively in the knowledge sharing interactive session.
