Sir Padampat Singhania University (SPSU) Udaipur inaugurated 7th ‘CAREER CLUB’ at L K Singhania Public School, Nimbahera. Mr. D. K. Gupta, Assistant Professor, SPSU conducted an interactive motivational workshop and shared the detailed account of ‘CAREER CLUB’ activities. SPSU will help students at school level to acquire skills and choose their right career path as per NEP 2020. Different activities including seminars/workshops on vocational education, skill development etc. will be organised in association with school management. Peer learning will be encouraged through this clubs, which is an important part of NEP 2020. Through Effective Communication, Robotics, Public Speaking, Artificial Intelligence, Life Skills, Financial Aptitude workshops, efforts will be made to enhance employability skills amongst students of Grade 11 & 12 at school level itself. A six-member (5 students of grade 11 & 12 and 1 Teacher Coordinator) peer learning team will be constituted at the school level, which will work under the chairmanship of the school principal. Students will be encouraged for psychometric tests. School Students will get the opportunity to visit SPSU campus and attend specialised workshops/seminars, which will help them in project-based learning.
