Dr. Sadananda Prusty
Senior Professor & Dean-School of Management
Sadananda Prusty, PhD is currently working as Senior Professor
& Dean-School of Management at Sir Padampat Singhania
University, Udaipur. His area of expertise is Macro-Monetary
economics. He completed his Executive Education from Harvard
Business School; PostDoc from University of Warsaw, Poland
and was awarded PhD degree from University of Mysore through
the Institute for Social & Economic Change Bangalore & MPhil
from University of Hyderabad (Central University). He has over 23 years of research,
teaching, and corporate experience. He has published a couple of research papers in Scopus
Indexed and ABDC journals and wrote two books. He has also presented multiple research
papers in national and international conferences. One student was awarded his PhD degree
under his supervision.
Also worked at Jaipuria Institute of Management Ghaziabad as Dean
Academics, Galgotias University as Dean-School of Business, IMT-Ghaziabad as Professor,
Goa Institute of Management as Associate Professor, ICFAI Business School at Bhubaneswar

Dr. Shweta Lalwani
Head, Department of Management
Dr Shweta Lalwani is an alumnus of IIM-A and working as Head, Department of
Management, School of Management, Sir Padampat Singhania University, Udaipur, India.
She has 14+ years of experience in academics. She has to her credit a Research Project
funded by ICSSR (Indian Council of Social Science Research, HRD Ministry of India, New
Delhi) in the area of OB. She has worked as the project Coordinator, SPSU of a European
Union-funded Erasmus+ project. She has represented the University at various international
visits and Exchange programmes organized in Japan, Austria and Finland. She is also the
Head, International Affairs at SPSU. She has been a member of various committees such as
the Disciplinary committee, Academic Council, Board of Studies and Proctorial board.
She
has published articles in reputed management journals and presented several papers in
National and International conferences in HRM and OB. Her research interests are Green
HRM, Cross-cultural issues, International HRM, Leadership, Job Satisfaction, Motivation
Theories & Techniques.
Dr. Manish Dadhich
Department of Commerce
Dr Manish Dadhich is Ph.D. from the Department of Commerce, EAFM, University of
Rajasthan, M. Com, UGC-NET (Commerce); MBA-FM, UGC-NET (Management), RPSC-
SET (Management). He has 13+ years of teaching experience in various colleges,
universities, and corporate sectors, a rare blend of academia, industry, corporate consultancy,
and research. He is presently working as Assistant Professor in School of Management, Sir
Padampat Singhania University, Udaipur. He has published more than 62 research papers in
reputed international & national journals, including 18 papers in
Scopus/SCI/IEEE/WoS/ABDC. He also presented more than 52 research papers at national
and international conferences. He is a reviewer, advisor, and editorial board member of
various reputed International Journals and Conferences of IEEE, Springer, and Elsevier.
He
was awarded two gold medals in National Seminar for the best research paper. He authored
one textbook and an edited book. He is a regular invitee for FDP, research workshops,
orientation, and refresher course lectures. He is also awarded one Australian patent. Further,
his main research focuses on Finance, Banking, AI-ML, Econometrics, and Statistics.
Dr. Bright Akwasi Gyamfi
Associate Professor of Sustainable Finance
Dr Bright Akwasi Gyamfi is an Associate Professor of Sustainable Finance at Sir Padampat
Singhania University (SPSU) in India. Prior to joining SPSU, he worked as a banker at
Sekyeduamasi Rural Bank Ltd. in Ghana for five (5) years, holding different positions from
deputy branch manager to head of credit. Also, he worked as a Research Associate at Istanbul
Ticaret University, Turkey, during my PhD studies. He is a visiting scholar at Istanbul
Gelisim University-Turkey and INTI International University, Malaysia. He holds a PhD in
Business Administration (Finance) from Cyprus International University. His research
interests are mainly in the areas of climate finance, international trade, foreign direct
investment, and financial development, and how these primarily enhance renewable energy
and impact economic growth, development, and the environment which he has published
more than 70+ scientific research papers from top tier Journals which includes Energy
Economics,
Journal of cleaner Production, Journal of Environmental Management,
Sustainable Development, Renewable energy, Energy, Resources Policy, Natural Resources
Forum, among others.
Dr. Sarika Singh
Assistant Professor
She is Assistant Professor for HRM at Sir Padampat Singhania University, Udaipur
MBA from Banasthali Vidyapeeth and Exec. PGDM from IMT Ghaziabad, and Ph.D. in HR Analytics from PDEU, Gandhinagar.
Prof. Sarika has an industry experience of 12 years in senior HR leadership roles in multinational organizations such as, Evalueserve, GE Financial Services and Parker Hannifin Inc. By embracing a detailed and solution-oriented approach she has led several initiatives in the HR centre of excellence, with the aim of enhancing overall employee value proposition. Her areas of expertise include Talent acquisition, Talent management & development and rewards. Sarika has worked as an Assistant professor with GITAM university, Bengaluru and facilitated contemporary HR and general management courses at Nirma University.
Apart from teaching, Prof. Sarika has been actively involved in research and training. She has attended FDPs and presented in international conferences.
Sarika has published research papers in ABDC indexed management journals and case studies in Casecenter.org. Her research interests include Strategic HR management, Knowledge management, Information and Behavioural science among others.
Er. Dipesh Vaya
Assistant Professor of Information Technology and Data Analytics
Assistant Professor of Information Technology and Data Analytics related courses at Sir Padampat Singhania University, Udaipur. Completed his M.Tech and B.Tech from Rajasthan Technical University, Kota.
Er. Dipesh Vaya has academic experience of 12 years in various capacities. He has published more than 18 research papers in reputed international and national journals. He has contributed many book chapters in the web of Science and scopus indexed book series like IEEE, Springer & de Gruyter GmbH, Germany. Beyond Academics, he is also associated with the Computer Society of India, Computer Science Teachers Association and Universal Association of Computer and Electronics Engineers as Life Member. He actively participates as a reviewer for many international journals and conferences. In the field of innovation, he has filed two patents on IoT and AI based technologies.
He has organized and attended more than 50 workshops, FDPs, seminars and conferences. He has more than 10 course completion certificates from various foreign universities and Coursera. Dr. Mohd Tariq Jamal
Assistant Professor
Assistant Professor in the Human Resource Management area. Dr Mohd Tariq Jamal completed his PhD at the Aligarh Muslim University. He is NET/JRF qualified in four different subjects, i.e., Management (JRF), Commerce (JRF), Human Resource Management (NET), and Economics (NET). His area of specialization is Human Resource Management and he studies flexible work arrangements and their impact on employee-related outcomes. He completed his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Delhi and thereafter worked as a subject matter expert before starting the research journey. The topic of his PhD thesis is “Impact of Telecommuting on Employee Related Outcomes in Select IT Companies”. During his PhD, Dr Tariq published 14 research papers in peer-reviewed international journals abstracted/indexed/ranked in SCOPUS, SSCI, SCIE, ESCI, and ABDC/ABS journal rankings.

Before joining SPSU, Dr Tariq worked as a Research Associate at the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow. He has also presented his research at leading conferences and doctoral workshops in premier institutes in India. Dr Tariq also serves as a reviewer for reputed international journals. He specializes in articulating research problems and proposing conceptual frameworks. He is also adept at questionnaire development and validation techniques. Dr Tariq is experienced in survey research and qualitative and quantitative data analysis. He also poses the ability to work on statistical software, viz. SPSS and AMOS, and expertise in dealing with multivariate data analysis techniques, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, structural equation modeling, mediation, moderation, moderated-mediation, and mediated-moderation. He is an excellent collaborator and also possesses the ability to work in a team very efficiently. During his PhD, Dr Jamal taught at the PG level, where he successfully delivered
the course contents.
Dr. Imran Anwar
Assistant Professor
Dr. Imran Anwar currently serves as Assistant Professor at School of Management, Sir Padampat Sighania University, Udaipur, India. He obtained his Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship from Aligarh Muslim University, India. His thrust research areas are Entrepreneurial Cognition, HR & OB, and consumer behavior. Dr. Anwar has expertise in primary data analysis techniques: SEM, mediation analysis, moderation analysis, and moderated-mediation analysis, along with other statistical tools. With twenty six published articles in reputed international journals indexed in Web of Science (SSCI-Q1 and Q2, SCIE, ESCI), Scopus (Q1 and Q2), and ABDC (A and C category journals) and 760+ citations and an h-index of 12 on Google Scholar, Dr. Anwar is ranked at 277th position (among 1000 best researchers) by P-Rank in India.

Dr. Sanchita Ghosh
Assistant Professor
Sanchita Ghosh is an Assistant Professor of Marketing at the School of Management, Sir Padampat Singhania University.
Her previous assignments were with Amity University Haryana and IILM graduate School of Management, Greater Noida .She served for almost a decade at IILM Graduate School of Management. In her tenure there she was the HOD for the Marketing Department, Associate Dean Student Welfare and Head Placements. She was also associated with Amity University Haryana.
Ms. Sanchita Ghosh is a Science graduate and is pursuing her doctorate in management. She is UGC – NET (Management) qualified. She has an experience of more than 15 years in teaching, research, and administration. Ms. Ghosh is an accomplished academician with expertise in the field of marketing and branding. Her research interests include branding, personality studies, consumer behaviour, and consumer optimism.
A keen researcher she has published research papers in reputed refereed journals. She has also presented research papers in various international conferences and has been awarded best papers in some of them. She has been to University of Winnipeg and Susin Graduate Institution of Business Administration as a part of the faculty exchange program. She is a keen learner, good orator and great team player.
Dr. Disha Mathur
Assistant Professor
Dr Disha Mathur (disha.mathur@spsu.ac.in) has been working as Assistant Professor at School of Management, Sir Padampat Singhania University since 2013. She is also the President of the Institution’s Innovation Council of Sir Padampat Singhania University. She has extensive teaching and research experience of about 19 years. Her qualifications include UGC-NET (Management) in December 2003, Ph D in Marketing from Mohanlal Sukhadia University, Masters in Business Administration (Marketing) From MLS University and Bachelors in Business Management from MLS University. Her Research interests include Consumer Behaviour, Integrated Marketing Communication, etc. Her work has been published in various national and international journals of repute. She has over 36 publications in Scopus, ABDC, Web of Sciences & UGC Care Indexed journals and has presented several presentations in both national and international seminars and conferences.
She has co-authored a book on Human Resource Management. She is a certified instructor for the GMCS program convened for Chartered Accountants. As an active member of the Indian Society for Training and Development she is regularly engaged in conducting Executive Training Sessions, Personality Development Programs and Management Development Programs. 4 scholars have been awarded Post Doctoral Degree under her supervision and 6 are currently pursuing.
Dr. Neeti Mathur
Assistant Professor
Dr. Neeti Mathur is a Faculty Member at SPSU University in School of Management since 2022. She is MBA in Finance from FMS College of Mohan Lal Sukhadiya University, Udaipur (Rajasthan) and Ph.D. in Accounting from Janardan Rai Nagar Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University, Udaipur (Rajasthan) her area of research was microfinance and self-help groups. She is a qualified Company Secretary from Institute of Company Secretaries of India and Certified Management Accountant from The Institute of Cost Accountants of India. She is NET-JRF in Management. She is C.A. Inter from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She has been engaged in teaching and research for more than 17 years. Her teaching interest areas are Financial Reporting and Analysis, Management Accounting and Control, Indian Financial System, Corporate Finance, Security Analysis and Portfolio Management, Taxation and Tax Planning, International Finance and Banking,
Legal aspects of Banking and Banking Products and Process. Her research interest areas include financial reporting, corporate governance, capital structure, financial inclusion, microfinance, volatility and risk management in financial markets. She has published 35 research papers and articles in peer reviewed, UGC listed, Scopus, Elsevier and ABDC listed international and national journals and has presented papers at various national and international conferences. She is reviewer of reputed national and international research journals and conferences.
Before joining SPSU she was associated with NIIT University, Neemrana as Assistant Professor where she was teaching Finance and Accounting courses. She has also worked as Assistant Professor in Faculty of Management Studies in Janardan Rai Nagar Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University, Udaipur.
Dr. Anurag Shukla
Assistant Professor and Academic Coordinator
Dr. Anurag Shukla is presently working as an Assistant Professor and Academic Coordinator- School of Management at SPSU, Udaipur. He has completed his Ph.D. degree from Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (State Technical University of Uttar Pradesh) in the behavioral finance area. He has academic and industry experience of about 12 years. He has industry experience in trading strategies in the global derivative market at Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME Group). He has published 12 research papers in reputed international journals. He has attended various international and national conferences at IITs and IIMs and had been the session chair at an international conference at IIT Kanpur. He attended more than ten FDPs. His area of interest includes Behavioral Finance, Portfolio Management, and Financial Derivatives, Mutual Funds, Fintech.
Before joining SPSU he was associated with PSIT Group of Institutions, Kanpur for ten years as an Assistant Professor where he served as Controller of Examination and member of various committees.
Ms. Poonam Saini
Assistant Professor
Ms. Poonam Saini is working as an Assistant Professor in the School of Management at Sir Padampat Singhania University. She has been working since 2001 in the higher education sector and is one of the founder members of SPSU. She is the Chairperson of MBA (Business Analytics in Collaboration with SAS) and Coordinator of BCA and MCA Programmes at SPSU.
She is MCA, M.Phil. (CS) and pursuing her PhD in the area of Machine Learning. She has been conferred with the best paper awards for her research work by Elsevier and Springer. She has published more than 15 research papers in the field of Image Processing and Machine Learning. She is also having two Indian Patents to her credit. She is a life member of the Computer Society of India. She is a certified IBM Data Science and Google Data Analytics Professional and has done specialisation in Recommender Systems from University of Minnesota, USA.
She has been awarded the Microsoft in Education certificate in recognition of membership in the Certified Microsoft Innovative Educator program. She is a keen learner and has done a number of courses certified by IBM, Google, Microsoft, IIT Bombay, IIT Kharagpur, NPTEL/SWAYAM to name a few.
Dr. Yogesh Jaiyawala
Seasoned Finance Professional & Assistant Professor
Dr Yogesh Jaiyawala is a seasoned finance professional and Assistant Professor at SPSU, Udaipur. His academic journey includes a Ph.D. from South East Technological University in Ireland, focusing on the role of residential property other pension assets in Irish middle-income households. Dr Jaiyawala is also a qualified Chartered Management Accountant from both India as well as the UK and holds an MSc in Finance from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, Ireland. Prior to this, he completed his MBA from M.S. University, Baroda.
Dr Jaiyawala’s expertise spans academia and industry. He has taught at Irish institutes and worked with Chartered Accountants Ireland.
With over five years of industry experience in credit appraisal, financial modelling, and risk reporting, he brings real-world insights to his teaching. He has authored a book chapter published by Springer and a paper in Accounting, Finance, & Governance Review.
Dr Jaiyawala brings a blend of expertise in financial concepts and innovative pedagogical approaches to the classroom. Their research interests lie at the intersection of corporate finance and data analytics, where they intend to explore strategic insights for informed decision-making.
