Inauguration of Yuva Tourism Club

Sir Padampat Singhania University inaugurated the Yuva Tourism Club on 24 January 2025. The Yuva Tourism Club is a government initiative under the Ministry of Tourism, dedicated to fostering youth engagement in cultural heritage and sustainable tourism.

The event was graced by Honourable Vice-Chancellor (Prof.) Dr. Prithvi Yadav, and Lt. (Dr.) D.S. Chauhan the driving force behind this initiative, along with the esteemed faculty members. The Honourable Vice-Chancellor, in his keynote address, emphasized the significance of extracurricular involvement in holistic development, confidence building, and personality enhancement. He encouraged students to participate in university events, including the upcoming tech fest and Umang, the annual sports fest. The ceremony introduced the club’s mission—to inspire students to explore India’s rich heritage while honing their skills.

A highlight of the ceremony was the announcement of the core team and focus on the leading the club’s activities. The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Mr. Pranav Sankhla, Student Head, Tourism Club, expressing gratitude to dignitaries and attendees for their enthusiasm and support.
