Col (Dr.) H. P. Singh
Professor of Management, Head IT Department & Campus Director
Col (Dr.) H. P. Singh is an accomplished academic leader with over three decades of distinguished experience spanning strategic leadership, institutional management, and higher education excellence. A PhD in Management and an alumnus of the prestigious IIM Ahmedabad, he combines military-honed discipline with academic rigor to drive transformational growth in universities.
He has an established record in curriculum modernization, accreditation and quality assurance, faculty development, and implementation of NEP 2020–aligned academic reforms. His contributions extend to digital learning integration, research promotion, and strengthening industry–academia partnerships to enhance employability and innovation. Dr. Singh has published extensively, holds four patents, and is committed to advancing research-driven, student-centric education and stakeholder engagement.

Holds an LL.B from the College of Law, MLSU; LL.M from NLU, Jodhpur; Ph.D. from Pacific University, Udaipur; PG Diploma in Human Resource Management from IGNOU; and a PG Diploma in Labour Laws & Personnel Management from MLSU.
He has 24 years of professional experience in the legal field, including pratice at the Rajasthan High Court, Jodhpur. He possesses over 9 years of teaching experience.
He has published a total of 11 research papers in national and international journals.
