SPSU organised Thrilling Horse Show Showcasing NCC Cadets' Equestrian Excellence

Sir Padampat Singhania University, Udaipur organised a spectacular Horse Show on July 23, 2025. Conducted by NCC and 2 RAJ R & V Regt. NCC Navania, the event is an extension of ongoing NCC camp in the university. The NCC cadets welcomed the Guest of Honour, Hon’ble Col. (Dr.) Sanjay Sinha, Vice President & Head of Education, Education Vertical, JK Cement Ltd and Prof. (Dr.) Prithvi Yadav, Hon’ble President and Vice Chancellor, SPSU. The Commanding Officer, Col. Prakash Kumar N, 2 Raj. R&V Regt., Navania, also graced the event. Their presence added a special encouragement of the cadets.

The show featured an impressive performance by NCC cadets, who demonstrated their skill, precision, and coordination to the delight of the audience. Their powerful connection with the horses and remarkable control over each jump reflected the rigorous training and dedication they bring to their roles. The cadets exhibited remarkable control, agility, and coordination, leaving the audience in awe of their equestrian skills.

The event provided a platform to promote values of courage, commitment, and community among young cadets. It highlighted the importance of physical training, discipline and perseverance in shaping future leaders. With galloping hooves and soaring jumps, the Horse Show successfully blended sportsmanship with entertainment, drawing appreciation from all quarters.

SPSU continues to promote holistic development by encouraging such co-curricular activities, and nurturing not just academic excellence, but also character, leadership and active citizenship through real-world learning.
