Prof. (Dr.) Sadananda Prusty
Senior Professor- Dean Faculty of Management
Sadananda Prusty (Ph.D.) is currently working as Provost, Proctor, Dean-Faculty of
Management, and Senior Professor at Sir Padampat Singhania University, Udaipur. His area
of expertise is Macro-Monetary economics. He completed his Executive Education at
Harvard Business School; a PostDoc from the University of Warsaw, Poland, and was
awarded the Ph.D. degree from the University of Mysore through the Institute for Social &
Economic Change Bangalore & MPhil from the University of Hyderabad (Central University).
He has over 24 years of research, teaching, and corporate experience. He has published a couple of research papers in Scopus Indexed and ABDC journals and wrote two books. He has also presented multiple research papers at national and international conferences.

Dr. Shweta Lalwani
Professor - Deputy Dean Faculty of Management
Dr. Shweta Lalwani is MBA (Gold Medallist) and Ph.D in Management. She
is also an alumnus of IIMA (FDP’22). She has been working at Faculty of
Management, Sir Padampat Singhania University, since 2009. She serves as a
Professor specializing in Human Resource Management and Organizational
Behavior. She concurrently holds the position of Deputy Dean at the Faculty
of Management, Sir Padampat Singhania University, Udaipur, India. She
possesses almost 15 years of expertise in academia. She has successfully
completed a research project funded by the ICSSR (Indian Council of Social
Science Research, HRD Ministry of India, New Delhi) and IIM-A in the field
of Organizational Behavior. She has served as the Project Coordinator for the
SPSU of a European Union-funded Erasmus+ project. She has represented the
University on multiple overseas study tours and exchange programs in Japan,
Austria, Finland, and Malaysia. She has participated in several committees,
including
the Academic Council, Board of Studies, Proctorial Board,
Disciplinary Committee, and IQAC. She has published articles in esteemed
management journals listed in Scopus and Web of Science and has delivered
numerous presentations at national and international conferences. Her three
research scholars have been conferred the Ph.D. degree. Her research interests
encompass Green Human Resource Management, cross-cultural challenges,
international human resource management, leadership, job satisfaction, and
motivation theories and techniques.
Er. Anil Kumar
Assistant Professor
Er. Anil brings over two decades of academic excellence to the Department of Management and the Department of Engineering. He holds an M.Tech in Industrial Engineering & Operations Research from IIT Bombay and is currently pursuing doctoral studies at Rushford Business School, Switzerland. He also secured All India Rank-21 in the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering.
Beyond the classroom, he has demonstrated leadership in academic administration, including serving as Head of Department for Curriculum & Pedagogy Development and HOD of Industrial Engineering at Lovely Professional University (LPU), as well as managing major accreditation drives (NAAC/UGC). He actively conducts workshops on Logistics and Supply Chain Management for postgraduate students during his tenure at DBS Global University, UK. Er, Anil has worked in many other organisations like Career Point University (CPU), Kota, J. K. Lakshmipat University, Jaipur, University College of Engineering, Kota and Rajasthan Inst. of Tech. and Engg. Science, Kota etc.

His core teaching and research interests include Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Project Management, and Advanced Excel. A prolific researcher, Er. Anil has published more than 13 papers, including in ABDC-ranked journals, with recent work focusing on revenue-sharing contracts in supply chains and sustainable consumption. He has also published one book and four book chapters.
Dr. Manish Dadhich
Associate Professor
Dr. Manish Dadhich is PhD from the Department of Commerce, EAFM,
University of Rajasthan, Jaipur, M.Com., UGC-NET (Commerce); MBA, UGC-
NET (Management), RPSC-SET (Management). He has 16+ years of teaching
experience in various colleges, universities, and corporate sectors, a rare blend of
academia, industry, corporate consultancy, and research. He is presently working as
an Associate Professor at Faculty of Management, Sir Padampat Singhania
University, Udaipur. He has published 80+ research papers in reputed international
& national journals indexed in Scopus/SCI/IEEE/ABDC/WoS. He also presented
more than 60 research papers at national and international conferences. He is a
reviewer, advisor, and editorial board member of various reputed International
Journals and Conferences of IEEE, Springer, and Elsevier. He has published
numerous case studies of international repute, earning prestigious recognition on a
global scale.
Moreover, he is in charge of Program Officer of National Service
Scheme (NSS), member of the Directorate of Research, Secretary of SPSU Alumni
Society and admission team. Presently six scholars are pursuing PhD under his
supervision. Two of his PhD students awarded degree in 2024. He was awarded
two gold medals in the National Conference for the best research paper. He has
published one textbook and three edited books. He is a regular invitee for FDP,
research workshops, orientation, and refresher course lectures. He was also
awarded one Australian patent and published two Indian patents. Further, his major
research focuses on Finance, Banking, FinTech, Econometrics, and Statistics.

Dr. Disha Mathur
Associate Professor
Dr. Disha Mathur has been working as Associate Professor at Faculty of Management, Sir Padampat Singhania University, since 2013. She has extensive teaching and research experience of over 20 years. Her qualifications include UGC-NET (Management) in December 2003, Ph D in Marketing from Mohanlal Sukhadia University, Master’s in business administration (Marketing) from MLS University and Bachelor’s in business management from MLS University. Her research interests include Consumer Behaviour, Integrated Marketing Communication, etc. She has several papers published in reputed journals which are indexed in Scopus, Web of Science, ABDC, etc. She has participated in and presented papers in several national and international seminars and conferences. She has co-authored a book on Human Resource Management. She is a certified instructor for the GMCS program convened for Chartered Accountants.
As an active member of the Indian Society for Training and Development, she regularly conducts Executive Training Sessions, Personality Development Programs and Management Development Programs. She has participated in Summer Exchange Program 2024 held at Chiba University of Commerce (CUC) Japan.
Dr. Neeti Mathur
Assistant Professor
Dr. Neeti Mathur is a Faculty Member at Faculty of Management, SPSU since
2022. She is MBA in Finance from FMS College of Mohan Lal Sukhadiya
University, Udaipur (Rajasthan) and Ph.D. in Accounting from Janardan Rai
Nagar Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University, Udaipur (Rajasthan) her area of
research was microfinance and self-help groups. She is a qualified Company
Secretary from Institute of Company Secretaries of India and Certified
Management Accountant from The Institute of Cost Accountants of India. She
is NET-JRF in Management. She is C.A. Inter from Institute of Chartered
Accountants of India. She has been engaged in teaching and research for more
than 17 years. Her teaching interest areas are Financial Reporting and Analysis,
Management Accounting and Control, Indian Financial System, Corporate
Finance, Security Analysis and Portfolio Management, Taxation and Tax
Planning, International Finance and Banking, Legal aspects of Banking, Banking
Products and Process
Her research interest areas include financial reporting, corporate governance,
capital structure, financial inclusion, microfinance, volatility and risk
management in financial markets. She has published 35 research papers and
articles in peer reviewed, UGC listed, Scopus- Elsevier, ABDC listed
international & national journals. She has presented papers at various national
and international conferences. She is a reviewer of reputed national and
international research journals and conference papers. Before joining SPSU she
was associated with NIIT University, Neemrana as Assistant Professor where
she was teaching Finance and Accounting courses. She has also worked as
Assistant Professor in Faculty of Management Studies in Janardan Rai Nagar
Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University, Udaipur.
Dr. Yogesh Jaiyawala
Assistant Professor
Dr. Yogesh Jaiyawala is a finance professional and Assistant Professor at SPSU, Udaipur. His academic journey includes a fully funded Ph.D. from South East Technological University, Ireland; professional Chartered Management Accountant (CMA) qualifications (India and UK); an MSc in Finance from University College Dublin, Ireland; and an MBA from M.S. University, Baroda. Dr. Jaiyawala’s accolades include earning a merit certificate from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI) for clearing all exams in a single sitting and being selected as a Probationary Officer at the State Bank of India at the youngest possible age. He has over five years of industry experience in credit appraisal, financial modeling, and internal audit. Additionally, he has taught at prestigious institutes in Ireland for two years and continues to be associated with Chartered Accountants Ireland as a part-time examiner for over four years.
Combining real-world insights with innovative teaching methods, he inspires students to develop practical knowledge and critical thinking skills. Dr. Jaiyawala has authored three Scopus-indexed publications, including a book chapter published by Springer and two peer-reviewed research papers. He has also presented his research at several international conferences and doctoral colloquiums in Ireland, Spain, and Germany. His research interest lies in corporate valuation, particularly real-option valuation techniques, and the integration of data analytics to enhance strategic decision-making.
Dr. Imran Anwar
Assistant Professor
Dr. Imran Anwar currently serves as an Assistant Professor in Accounting and
Finance at the Faculty of Management, Sir Padampat Singhania University,
Udaipur, India. Dr. Anwar obtained his Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship from
Aligarh Muslim University, India. His thrust research areas are
Entrepreneurial Cognition, HR & OB, and Consumer Behavior. Dr.
Anwar has expertise in primary data analysis techniques, viz. SEM, mediation
analysis, moderation analysis, moderated- mediation analysis, and other
statistical tools. With thirty-seven published/accepted articles in reputed
international journals indexed in Web of Science (SSCI-Q1 and Q2, SCIE,
ESCI), Scopus (Q1 and Q2), and ABDC (A and C category journals) and
2100+ citations and an h-index of 20 and i10-index of 25 on Google Scholar,
Dr. Anwar is ranked #1 in India in the domain of entrepreneurial intention
research by Scopus Researcher Discovery. Dr. Anwar also serves as Editorial

Dr. Mohd Tariq Jamal
Assistant Professor
Dr. Mohd Tariq Jamal is Assistant Professor in the Human Resource
Management area. Dr. Mohd Tariq Jamal completed his PhD at the Aligarh
Muslim University. He is NET/JRF qualified in four different subjects, i.e.,
Management (JRF), Commerce (JRF), Human Resource Management (NET), and
Economics (NET). His area of specialization is Human Resource Management
and he studies flexible work arrangements and their impact on employee-
related outcomes. He completed his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the
University of Delhi and thereafter worked as a subject matter expert before
starting the research journey. The topic of his PhD thesis is “Impact of
Telecommuting on Employee Related Outcomes in Select IT Companies”.
During his PhD, Dr. Tariq published 14 research papers in peer-reviewed
international journals abstracted/indexed/ranked in SCOPUS, SSCI, SCIE, ESCI,
and ABDC/ABS journal rankings. Before joining SPSU, Dr. Tariq worked as a
Research Associate at the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.
He has also presented his research at leading conferences and doctoral
workshops in premier institutes in India. Dr. Tariq also serves as a reviewer for
reputed international journals. He specializes in articulating research problems
and proposing conceptual frameworks. He is also adept at questionnaire
development and validation techniques. Dr. Tariq is experienced in survey
research, and qualitative and quantitative data analysis. He also poses the
ability to work on statistical software, viz. SPSS and AMOS, and expertise in
dealing with multivariate data analysis techniques, exploratory factor analysis,
confirmatory factor analysis, structural equation modelling, mediation,
moderation, moderated-mediation, and mediated-moderation. He is an
excellent collaborator and also possesses the ability to work in a team very
efficiently. During his PhD, Dr. Jamal taught at the PG level, where he
successfully delivered the course contents.
Dr. SR Rameshkkumar
Assistant Professor
Dr. SR Rameshkkumar is a faculty member of Management at Sir Padampat Singhania
University, Udaipur, with over 20 years of experience in both academia and industry. His
areas of expertise include Social Media Marketing, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and
Search Engine Marketing (SEM). Dr. Rameshkkumar has published more than 18 research
papers in Scopus-indexed, UGC CARE-listed, and peer-reviewed journals, and he has
authored two highly regarded books in his field.
He is actively involved in professional bodies such as the National HRD Network, NIPM, DDHRF, and the Madras Management Association (MMA), highlighting his commitment to staying at the forefront of his discipline. His research areas are Metaverse in marketing, CX & CE in digital business

Dr. Sanjay Kumar Yadav
Assistant Professor
Dr. Sanjay Kumar Yadav currently serves as an Assistant Professor of Marketing
at the Faculty of Management, Sir Padampat Singhania University, Udaipur.
Before joining SPSU, Dr. Sanjay worked as an Assistant Professor, Faculty of
Management studies (FMS), The ICFAI University Raipur. He is also Associate
Professor and Faculty Coordinator, honorary (India) of Yesbud University
Lusaka Zambia. He is graduated in Physics from University of Allahabad, MMS/
MBA in Marketing from Mumbai University. He is NET/JRF qualified and has
completed Ph.D. in Consumer Psychographics and impulse buying behaviour of
retail Consumers from Gurugasidas Central University, Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh.
His teaching area is Consumer Behaviour, Product and Brand management,
B2B Marketing, influencer marketing and Business Research. He has seven
years’ experience in Industrial Marketing and 5 years of teaching

He is a Coordinator of Shikshak Kalyan foundation and General Secretary
(Chhattisgarh) of Indian Counsel for Business Education (ICBE). He has
published more than 20 research papers including UGC Care, Scopus & ABDC
indexed Journals & 20 research articles in Edited Book. He has attended more
than 30 workshops & FDP and FIP Program along with this he has presented
more than 25 research papers in different conferences. He has delivered
lectures on different topics as a Guest speaker in National, International
