Admission Test (SPSAT)

Sir Padampat Singhania Admission Test (SPSAT) is an entrance exam for admission to various programmes in Sir Padampat Singhania University, Udaipur. Applicants are required to book their examination slots through www.spsu.ac.in as per the given schedule.

Online Admission Test

The online test is available only to those eligible applicants who have submitted their application form. A confirmation email is sent to applicant’s email address after the applicant has booked his/her schedule through the Online Application Form. An applicant is allowed to take a second attempt if he/she is not satisfied with his/her performance in the first test. In such a case the applicant has to pay only the entrance test fee for SPSAT again & book the available slot for the second test. There is no negative marking for the wrong answer.

Procedure for Online Application

1) Click on 'Apply Online' below
2) On the landing page, click on SPSU Undergraduate Programmes/SPSU Postgraduate Programmes/ Doctoral Programmes depending upon the programme one wishes to apply for.
3) Choose your programme & click the ‘Apply Online’ below your chosen programme.
4) On this page, first create your account by filling up the left hand side form & click on ‘Create an Account’ below.
5) You will be directed to the SPSU Application Form. Read instructions & click on ‘Proceed Ahead’. You have to now fill in your details & keep checking ‘Proceed ahead’ till you reach the payment link.

6) You will receive approval of your payment by SMS & email
7) Once you complete the 'Apply Online' process, you can appear for SPSAT by visiting this page again & clicking on the "Write SPSAT Online Exam" link below.

The test is 60 minutes long & consists of 40 multiple choice questions (MCQ) adding up to 40 marks. The distribution of questions is as follows: Mathematics - 10, Physics - 10, Chemistry -10, English - 10 & Biology - 10 (Biology, instead of Mathematics, is for those candidates only who are opting for B.Tech. in Biotechnology)
