Two plays were organized by the Magnitude club. One of the plays was based on Shakespeare’s Merchant of Venice. Act IV, Scene I, The Judgment Scene was enacted on the 18th of January 2010 as part of the variety entertainment programme for the delegates and the participants of Panache 2010. It was a maiden effort by the students of SPSU to stage a Shakespearean play. The enthusiasm and the devotion of the actors made the programme a great success. It was appreciated by all the dignitaries national and international.

The other play “Never Give Up’ was bilingual. The acting prowess of the actors was commendable. It won the hearts of the spectators.Working on both the plays The Magnitude Club has acquired a big group of actors and the appreciation as well encouragement from all quarters. The Club looks forward to staging more plays in the future with greater success.
