REGISTRATION:
1. My paper has been accepted for presentation. My
coauthor and I will be attending the conference. Do we both have
to register or only one of us can register?
YES, you both have to register. All those who attend the
conference have also to register.
2. Do both of us to register by
February 13, 2010?
No, but at least one of you must register by February 13, 2010.
Otherwise your paper may not be included in the programme
schedule.
3. Can I register my coauthor (or colleague) as my
guest?
No. Each one must register separately in his/her individual
capacity.
4. How does the “registration” actually work?
You fill in the registration form and send it along with the
required registration fee at the address indicated on the
registration form. The registration is incomplete without
payment of applicable fee.
5. I am a full-time faculty (or have another
full-time position), and I am also currently pursuing my Ph. D.
Can I register as a student?
NO. It is only for those who are full-time students and do not
have any full-time employment.
6. Will the registration fee cover all the meals?
Yes,
It will cover all meals.
7. My
spouse will
accompany me. She/he is not interested in attending the
conference, but will have
meals etc. Can I bring her/him?
Yes but you will have to register her/him as your guest and pay the applicable guest
registration fee.
8. I am presenting two papers. Do I have to register twice and
pay two times?
The registration fee is for those who are present
in person. So you pay only once.
9. My coauthor will be presenting our paper. I
will not be able to attend the conference. Will I be able to get
the attendance certificate?
By definition, the attendance certificate can be given only to
those who attend the conference. Therefore, the answer to your
question is NO.
ACCOMMODATION & LOGISTICS:
1. Does the registration fee include accommodation?
No. Please read the registration form to find out what your
registration fee includes.
2. Will you arrange transportation for me from railway station
(or airport) to hotel where I am to stay or to the SPSU campus?
We shall make some transportation arrangement from Airport
/ Railway Station / RSRTC Bus Stand to SPSU only.

CONFERENCE PROCEEDINGS:
1. My proceedings paper will not be ready by the
deadline. Can I get an extension?
I am sorry the answer is NO. All deadlines must be respected.
2. Is it possible for me to get an extra copy of conference
proceedings for my
coauthor (or my Department/University)?
YES, at a nominal cost of Rs. 500 per copy. Please let us know
early for extra copies.
3. For the conference proceedings, do I need to mail you a hard
copy?
You need not mail a hard copy. Only soft copies need to be
e-mailed as per the instruction. In case hard copy is
needed you will be then asked to submit one.
4. Can you submit full paper online though the conference web
site?
Sorry. We do not have that option yet. You need to e-mail
your paper as required.
PROGRAMME SCHEDULE:
1.I am returning from
Udaipur on 05th March afternoon, how do I
make sure my paper is scheduled before I leave?
You need to immediately send an e-mail to

and inform your scheduling
constraint. Once the schedule is made, making changes will be
difficult.
2. How much time will I have for the presentation?
We expect to provide 20 minutes, including time for Q&A.
3. Will the LCD and overhead transparency projector
be available to make a PPT presentation?
Only LCD projector will be available.
4. When will the programme schedule be ready?
We expect it to be ready about two weeks before the conference
and posted on the web. Once the schedule is posted, no change
will be made.
