Area of Specialisation: Nonlinear Dynamics & Chaos Theory, Cryptography.

Research Interests: Bifurcation & chaos in dynamical systems, Control and synchronization of chaos, Cryptography using chaotic dynamical systems, q-deformed dynamical systems, electron/positron-atom/ion collision studies, Quantum computing and cryptography.

A Fast Track Young Scientist research project on the “Application of chaotic dynamical systems in developing secure cryptosystems and their cryptanalysis” funded by the Science and Engineering Research Council (SERC), Department of Science and Technology, Government of India (2009-2012) (13.08 Lacs)
