SPSU has a vision to be a leader among peer educational institutions by building a tradition of innovation, problem solving and interdisciplinary collaboration. SPSU imparts education through creative course content, modern education methodologies and learning processes. The curriculum is contemporary and is reviewed annually. Excellence is central to the ethos of the University. It is merit which determines admission, merit which classifies students into sections and it is on the basis of merit that students stay in twin sharing or three bedded accommodation. It is academic excellence which determines whether the student will pay or study free at SPSU. The faculty is hand-picked and has further distinguished themselves with various academic attainments and recognition from Indian and foreign universities. Conferences and workshops are organised regularly by the different departments to keep abreast of the developments their chosen fields of interest. Our academic curriculum necessitates that students opt for electives in their chosen area for a wider perspective and in-depth understanding of the subjects.

At Play

At SPSU, students work and play hard. All extra and co-curricular activities is organised into Clubs at the university. SPSU prides itself in having a student driven culture on campus. Students are exposed to real life experiences when they conduct the university admissions, design and create our website and manage our Clubs. The Clubs activities range from drama, writing, debates, dancing, computer programming, to sports like cricket, football, volleyball, badminton and table tennis. Organisational skills, ingenuity and innovation of the students are tested when they arrange our signature event "Panache" our annual tech-management and cultural festival.
